Smash Republic is a community of like-minded individuals smashing brands, trends, religion and the way things have been done, to set the trend and pace for brands and others to follow. The community is for individual’s part of the 'now generation', upwardly mobile, trend setting with high aspirations and searching for a sense of being, a belonging and an environment to express their views in a free and open environment.

Smash Republic is a movement and the global interface between the consumer and brands alike in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
It is a brand based around the key consumer touch-points, namely Music, Fashion, Sport, Mobile, Entertainment and Social Networking and loyal to the individuals/community members in every sense of the word.

Smash Republic will be leveraged both in the online and offline environments. It aims to deliver world-class definitive lifestyle events as well as focusing on fashion design, album releases, a dynamic loyalty and social networking interface as well as identifying world-wide icons/ambassadors for the brand.

Smash Republic is aligning itself with world-class, lifestyle and best of breed global brands to deliver activations of the highest pedigree and relevant in some way to anyone and everyone.

Registration on Smash Republic

There are currently two ways to sign up for Smash Republic.

1. Facebook Registration

If you have an existing Facebook account, there is no information you need to complete on the registration section but rather proceed straight to the Login section, where you can click on the ‘Connect with Facebook’ button.
• The first time you click on the ‘Connect with Facebook’ button, you will be prompted to enter you Facebook username and password.
• Following the completion of the user name and password, you will directed to permissions page where you will be asked to approve the permissions Smash republic requires in order to sync with your Facebook page. Please note these permissions are governed by a Privacy Policy for both Smash Republic and Facebook, which is visible at this permission phase as well as detailed on the Smash Republic landing page.
• Once you have accepted and confirmed the permissions you will be redirected back to the Smash Republic login page where you will be automatically logged in. Please note when completing your Facebook user name and password within the login section, you can choose to remain logged in if you wish, which will automatically detect your settings and allow you to enter the site by just clicking the Facebook ‘Connect with Facebook’ button on future visits.
• Should you not choose to remain logged in, you will have to enter your Facebook login details on every visit back to Smash Republic within the login section on the landing page.

Benefits of Connecting with Facebook

The benefits of connecting your Facebook profile with Smash Republic is that you will be able to access all your Facebook real time news feeds, wall posts, links, profile statuses and friend directory as well as be able to update your profile status and comment / like news feeds, posts and relevant content.
By Connecting with Facebook, your login process on future visits is also simplified and the information displayed is more personalized and relevant.

2. Manual Registration

If you don’t have an existing Facebook account, you can complete the manual registration process as seen within the Registration section.
• Compulsory fields that you will need to complete are your name, surname, email address and password.
• Once you have completed the process, you can proceed to login on the right hand side.
• To login you will need to input your email address and password.
• Should you forget your password, please click on the “forgot my password’ button and your password will be emailed through to you.

Browsers and browsing capabilities

Should the website or contents on it not display correctly, you may be viewing the site off an outdated web browser. Should this be the issue, please update your browser with a new version in order to maximize your user experience on Smash Republic. The site has a great deal of content so the newer the browser, the better the overall experience. Browsers that have been tested and are recommended to view Smash Republic with are;
